1. We are unable to accept bookings from: a) Groups of people of all the same sex. b) Groups under 21 years of age.

2. BUTLINS is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other person on the park you will be asked to leave.

3. In order for the caravan to be cleaned and checked departure must be made before 10am, and  keys will be released at 2pm,3pm, 4pm on the day of arrival.

4. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The  hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakages, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during your stay.

5. A £50 Returnable bond is required.

6. No smoking is permitted in my caravan

7. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, and if we cannot find alternative accommodation anywhere on site, a full refund will be given.

8. Caravans must be left in a respectable and clean state on departure, otherwise cleaning costs will be charged.

9. Vehicles must be parked only in the parking spaces provided.

10. Acts of vandalism must not be committed on the resort.

11. All sanitary wear must be placed in bags and disposed of accordingly and not flushed down the toilet.

12. All rubbish must be taken to the bins located around the caravan park and not left around the caravan.

13. No ball games to be played around caravans unless in specific designated areas

14. All children must be properly supervised at all times.

15. We recommend that you purchase some form of insurance, as none is included in the price of the holiday.

16. Please do not remove any items from caravan, any items removed price will be taken out your bond.

17.  Pets are not allowed in my caravan.
